Shipping Delivery Information
Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the items. Orders are processed every business day and are normally delivered within 7-10 business days. Specified items may require delivery by truck. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton. Please supply street address in addition to P.O Box numbers.
Shipping Details
UPS Ground shipping or FedEx Ground shipping are used for all orders - excluding bulk orders - or, if special shipping instructions have been selected by the customer such as overnight shipping. ALL OVERNIGHT SHIPPING ORDERS must be received before 11am CST to be shipped the same day.
- Shipping charges on Canadian orders do not include customs fees and duties. These charges are paid separately by the customer.
- Shipping charges on International orders do not include customs fees, duties and taxes. These charges are paid separately by the customer.
Returns
We gladly accept returns with the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item
- You must first contact us for a return authorization number (RA number)
Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged a 10% shipping/handling fee.
Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges.
Send an email to support@anatomywarehouse.com with your invoice number and reason for return, and we will email your RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping instructions. All returns will be charged a 10% of returned item price. Items used for Television, Film, multimedia production, or legal services will be charged a 25% return handling fee. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully.
If you have received a product that is defective, please email support@anatomywarehouse.com with your invoice number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
Backorders
A Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. However, if we cannot ship your order we will notify you via email of any delays and give a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment.
