Description
Rescue Billy is an infant sized water rescue manikin from Simulaids, made to emulate a 6-9 month old child. Made of durable plastic and with rust resistant parts, Billy is articulated and can be filled with water to sink up to his neck, or with additional weight to sink to the bottom.
These manikins are used by rescue agencies such as the US Coast Guard, American Red Cross, and many EMT organizations, and are perfect for realistic training.
When filled, Billy weighs about 14 lbs. He is the size of a 6-9 month old child.
