This is an excellent poster. The muscle groups are clearly shown so that you can see which muscles are used in the exercise action. I think it help tremendously when exercising to visualize the action. It seems to take the focus off of the feeling (which isn't always comfortable) and on to the benefit. (Posted on 6/21/13)
