Q: Can this model be removed from the base?
A: Yes, the arm can be removed from the base. Simply lift the hand out of the u-shaped support, and slide the shoulder off of the support post, and the arm will be free from the base. However, we recommend keeping the arm mounted on the base at all times, to ensure it is safely and properly handled during use.
