Description
This double-life size model depicts two thoracic vertebrae with the integrated rib ends and costovertebral articulations. The spinal cord is sectioned transversely, showing details of the grey and white matter, spinal nerve branches and the spinal ganglia.
This model highlights the nervous communication between the sympathetic trunk and the spinal column, through the sympathetic ganglion and the spinal ganglion, clearly connected by white and grey communicating branches.
