What is the difference between FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery?
FedEx Ground is for commercial business addresses. If you are shipping your order to such an address, it’s important to put the company/organization name and floor or suite numbers on your shipping address. FedEx Home Delivery is for residential addresses. If you are shipping your order to such an address, it’s important to include information like apartment numbers and your phone number so FedEx can contact you if they are unable to locate your residence.
If I need something quickly, what are my options?
We offer 3 Day and Standard Overnight services to customers who are in a hurry to receive their anatomy products. Shipping days are business days, meaning if your order is placed before 10:30 CST on a Monday, it will ship that same day, and with 3 Day shipping, it will arrive to you 3 business days later on Thursday. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, or after 10:30 CST, your order will ship the next business day. The same applies to Standard Overnight, only your order will arrive in 1 business days if placed before 10:30 CST on a business day. FedEx and UPS do not operate on the weekends and most major holidays.
Do you ship to international addresses?
Yes, we ship our anatomical products worldwide. To ship internationally, please contact our Support Team by email at email@example.com or Request a Quote online, providing your full physical address for delivery. Taxes, duties and brokerage costs incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be billed by Anatomy Warehouse. If you have further questions regarding international shipping, please contact our Support Team.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/AE addresses?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and we try to limit shipping to APO/AE addresses due to the greater risk associated with shipping with the US Postal Service. If you absolutely do not have a physical address that you can ship your order to, contact our Support Team and we may have other options for you.
How will my anatomy model or anatomical chart be shipped?
Anatomy Warehouse ships with many different carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS and Regional Carriers. Anatomical models are carefully packaged and boxed to ensure safe traveling. Anatomy posters are usually rolled and shipped in tubes, however large orders may be shipped flat.
Does AnatomyWarehouse.com Charge Sales Tax?
Our corporate headquarters are located in Illinois and by law we are required to charge sales tax for all orders shipping to the state of Illinois. Due to changing laws regarding sales tax collection from online stores, we are now required to charge sales tax to states that we or any of our vendors have a physical presence in. Therefore, we are now required to charge sales tax for Life/Form products shipping to California and Florida, as well as 3B Scientific products shipped to California. What Is Anatomy Warehouse's Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns that meet the following criteria: Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item You must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RA number). Items returned without prior authorization will not be credited. If you would like to return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and reason for return, and we will email your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions. All returns requested after 14 days of receipt will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee. Unauthorized returns will be assessed a 25% Restocking Fee at minimum and may not be credited at all. Items used for Television, Film, multimedia production, or legal services will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully and follow all return instructions. Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged a 10% shipping/handling fee. Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges, including fees incurred by Anatomy Warehouse as a result of undeliverable or refused packages. The purchaser agrees to these terms when submitting an order to Anatomy Warehouse.
Where Is My Order?
You can check your order status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our Order Tracking System. In an effort to get your order delivered as soon as possible, occasionally we will ship products directly from our manufacturers. If you receive multiple Shipping Confirmation emails, your order is coming in multiple packages. First, check your Packing Slip to see if you received all of the items listed on the slip, and if some of your items are not on that list, they are shipping from a different location. If you think an item is missing, please check your email for any important notices from Anatomy Warehouse regarding backorders or shipment delays. If you have not received such an email and you think and item is missing, simply contact our Support Team or call 800.422.1134, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
I Didn't Receive All Of My Items

What If I Received a Defective or Damaged Item?
If you have received a product that is defective, please contact the Support Team with your invoice number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and pictures of the item(s) and box(es) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product. Anatomy Warehouse requires photos of all damaged items before issuing replacements. Photos are also required by all shipping carriers for filing claims on damaged packages. All damages and defects must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the item.
How Do I Get Free Shipping?
All orders over $100 automatically qualify for Free Ground* Shipping during checkout; no promo code is required. Free Shipping is valid only to the contiguous 48 United States (Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify) and is for Ground shipping only. If your order must be shipped via Freight Truck (typically due to oversize or heavy items that FedEx, UPS or USPS will not deliver), you will be contacted with a freight quote for shipping costs.
*Ground is defined as packages that can be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that must be shipped via Freight Truck will not qualify for Free Shipping.

What Is the Difference Between Chart Formats?
To serve the needs of all of our customers, we offer many of our anatomy and fitness posters in a variety of formats. Most of our human anatomical charts measure 20 x 26, 20 x 27, or 27.55 x 39.37 inches, measured in width x height (dimensions are specified in the product descriptions). Laminated: Flexible plastic 1.5 mil lamination with metal eyelets in each top corner for convenient wall hanging or for use with chart stands; Laminated charts are markable (write-on/wipe-off with dry-erase markers). If you are going to put the chart on an office or classroom wall, this will hang nicely without curling at the edges. Also, the chart will easily roll up, if you want to carry it with you. Laminated is our most popular mounting. 3D Raised Relief: Made of durable, lightweight, non-toxic, recyclable plastic, with hole at the top for wall hanging. These 3-dimensional charts let you feel the texture and form of the anatomical structures. Each 3D Raised chart measures 18 x 25. Chart will stand up on easel. Styrene Plastic: Printed directly onto Styrene, this durable plastic chart is approximately 1/16” thick and has metal eyelets in top corners for convenient wall hanging, and is most commonly considered to be like credit card material; markable (write-on/wipe-off). Styrene charts are UV coated, latex-free and feature bold and bright colors. The chart will remain upright on an easel for presentations and will stand up to heavy use in the office or classroom.
Which Skeleton Is Right For Me?
We offer a wide range of human skeletal models, to fit the needs of all of our customers, ranging from chiropractors to sports therapists, students to educators. Most of our skeletons are either made in China or Germany, and all are anatomically correct. For more information on each specific skeleton, check out reviews from fellow consumers, watch product videos and demonstrations, or read the product manual for a complete list of features. For beginning students, we usually recommend our Budget Bucky Skeleton (SKU: A-102484). Budget Bucky is made in China and offers articulated joints and enough anatomical detail to satisfy varying levels of education. The Budget Bucky Skeleton comes with a heavy-duty rolling stand and is also available in Numbered (SKU: A-102705) or Painted and Numbered (SKU: A-102483) versions for additional levels of study. The rest of our China-made skeletons are also ideal for beginning students or younger audiences. For more advanced study, we usually recommend our Axis Scientific Classic Skeleton (SKU: A-104267), which is incredibly detailed and shows all major bony landmarks, so no detail is left behind during the manufacturing process.

How Can My School or Organization Be Billed For Products?
Anatomy Warehouse gladly accepts Purchase Orders and Check payments. If your school or organization does not use credit cards for purchasing, feel free to Request a Quote so you can send in your Purchase Order or Check payment. You can also select these payment options when placing orders online, however, we will hold your order until your Purchase Order or Check is received. Our billing terms on Purchase Orders is Net 30 days. No, because your account will be created when placing your order online or over the phone, similar to making purchases with any online retailer. Accounts are created for both single customers and large organizations, and each account has the same information and features. We create your account automatically when you choose to place an order with us, and do this to make future purchases more convenient as well as allow you access to previous purchases. An “account” is only your address and order information and does not capture any of your personal information or credit card information, and does not entitle you to further discounts or privileges.
